”Iv Star” Ltd is a member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber. The company holds a professional certificate from the Central professional register of construction companies to the Bulgarian Construction Chamber.
Equipment and Personnel
"Iv Star“ Ltd has transport means and machinery, specialized in the performing of construction activities (bagger, front loader, telescopic front loader, tower crane, telescopic auto crane, dumper truck, cement transport, tractor, buses for the personnel, etc).
We offer operational equipment and construction facilities. We have up-to-date casing for pillars, walls, discs and slates, which can complete a reinforced concrete construction of 15 000 sq.m.
We perform a complete cycle of new construction :
- excavation works;
- rough construction - formwork, reinforcement and laying concrete;
- masonry;
- roof construction;
- external and internal plaster;
- wall insulation and roof surface;
- water supply and sewage and electric installations;
- dry construction;
- flooring and wall coverings – marble, granite, terracotta, faience, parquet;
- finishing work: plastering, painting, wallpapers, fitted carpet;
- supply and installation of PVC, aluminum or wooden joinery;
- interior wooden doors.
The company has achieved projects such as hotels, holiday complexes, swimming pools, buildings, family houses and summer houses, gas station, autoservice for cars and trucks, industrial buildings and more.
Quality control
At the moment, we finalize the consultations for ISO 9001:2000. In the construction sector, besides internal quality control, supervision is performed by companies authorized by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works.
